Shiva Dhyanam Foundation was well established by very energetic Yog Guru Deepika Singh in Pune (Maharashtra). We are deeply committed to making wellness accessible to all. Through our collaborative programs with community partners, we provide tailored well-being experiences that empower individuals with special needs.
By training professionals and care givers in adaptive approaches, we champion inclusivity and raise awareness for accessibility. Our mission is to establish wellness centres across various Indian cities, each designed to serve as a sanctuary for holistic health and spiritual rejuvenation.
These centres will feature diverse structures and services aimed at attracting both tourists and pilgrims by embodying the principles of Sanatan Dharma. Additionally, we are committed to extending our services to old age homes, orphanages, institutes for the blind, and schools, ensuring that vulnerable groups and students who cannot visit our wellness centres still receive the support they need for their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being.
Beneficiaries will also be trained to mentally and physically strengthen their resilience against future challenges like COVID-19."
At Shiva Dhyanam Foundation, we envision a world where individuals attain mental, physical, and spiritual well-being through the practices of yoga, meditation, and advanced healing techniques.
We strive to create a society where women are empowered to reach their full potential and achieve financial independence. Additionally, we are dedicated to upholding and cherishing the revered traditions of caring for cows.
Our members, including some with experience working in NGOs, were deeply affected by witnessing the struggles of many in our community. Daily interactions and professional experiences exposed them to individuals battling mental health issues, high stress, and economic hardship. Stories of urban residents overwhelmed by modern life and women lacking opportunities for financial independence resonated deeply. Recognizing the urgent need for comprehensive solutions, our team, motivated by their experiences in the non-profit sector, decided to establish Shiva Dhyanam Foundation.
We will also be providing free services to people in old age homes, orphanages, institutes for the blind, and schools, as these individuals often face significant challenges and lack access to holistic wellness resources. By extending our services to these vulnerable groups, we aim to enhance their mental, physical, and spiritual well-being, ensuring that our support reaches those who need it the most.
